I have known David personally for the past twenty years. In addition to consistently being a present and supportive friend I have also been able to witness him repeatedly go above and beyond for his customers and coworkers in every position he has held. His clients are in excellent hands!

I worked with David Brewer for several years and found him to be a very hard-working , one-hundred percent honest, and truly kind person. I have known David for 15 years now. David and I were hired at the same time to open a cafe in the restaurant business. The team consisted of a GM and four managers but I gravitated towards David. Watching him work and deal with guests was an invaluable experience! He helped the new cafe build a reputation for good customer service and quality food. His analytical skills helped reduce food cost and identify opportunities where the cafe could cut costs while not compromising quality or the brand. Eventually he was promoted to GM of the cafe, a well-deserved move. As a GM, David continued to persevere in a competitive market and was part of "Franchise of the Year" for the cafe. During his time there, he also adapted to new concepts and expectations that were introduced. As a leader, he truly was the "quarterback" calling the plays while keeping his team motivated and engaged. He wasn't afraid to have those tough conversations and would always be honest with me. Integrity is more important to him than popularity, and that is something I continue to admire about him. I am so thankful I was taught this from working both with him and for him.

I have had the privilege of knowing David Brewer for over ten years now. In addition to being one of the tallest people not typically playing basketball whom I have ever known, David is also one of the friendliest people you could ever hope to meet, especially if you get him talking about playing music or just listening to a wide range of musical genres. Of course, I was doubly fortunate in that I have also worked under David's management, where I was able to see his strong dedication to his team as well as to the mission of the workplace. David leads by example and he does so with a smile on his face and an insistence on seeing every project through to timely completion. Furthermore, I think it important to mention that I have noted firsthand just how much equity, equality, and fairness mean to David. You will also always know where you stand with him, and you can be confident that your needs and wants will be prominent in his mind. Your priorities are his priorities.
